It is winter time in the northern hemisphere and you are probably too depressed because it can be quite difficult to look cool when it’s cold outside. With all those clothes on you, is it possible to look sexy? More important, are you able to look hot during the cold winter months if you do not wish to spend a small fortune on your clothes and accessories? The answer is, luckily, yes! Even the cheap dresses if combined appropriately can look fabulous and you can feel gorgeous and not as the teddy bear at the party, at your work or at some important event.

Well, the first winter rule is buy sexy boots! Don’t worry, sexy these days does not mean high heels. But they have to be over-the-knee high. The higher your boots are, the shorter skirt or dress you can wear. Of course, you can wear them with some nice leggins and some lovely tunic, if you are more into that look. They will definitely make you appear slim, sleek and shapely. Extra tall boots will make you feel and look seductive and sexy, even if you wear some cheap clothes.

Having a nice and carefully chosen winter coat is a must. We suggest two coats – one for everyday and one party coat. If you are going to some party, you cannot throw a giant parka over your chic gown or a cocktail dress. Elegant winter coat is something you should invest in. Keep in mind that is should always be longer than the skirt/dress, so the longer the better, if you want to avoid a fashion faux-pas. However, it is obvious you cannot wear a party coat everyday, so you can buy something that looks both casual and work-appropriate. More important, the winter coat should keep you warm.
